The small city of Cleveland County is located 40 miles north of Little Rock, Arkansas, along the Arkansas River. The most comfortable months to visit are May, October, and April. If you’re looking for a place to spend the night, try visiting the St. Louis Southwestern Museum in Cleveland County. The museum contains railroad china, pocket watches, train schedules, and more. You’ll also find steam-powered locomotives and restored cabooses. There are also 1940s Sebring fire trucks and an old wooden house from 1881. Felsenthal NWA is also a remnant of the lower Arkansas before the timber industry.
